These terms apply to every booking at Oak Lodge, Stathe Road, Burrowbridge, TA7 0JH. Oak Lodge is operated by Greyside Holding Co Ltd. By sending a booking request you agree to them.
1. Making a booking
Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your pitch is confirmed only when we email you to confirm it and you have paid any amount we ask for.
The person who makes the booking must be 18 or over and is responsible for everyone in their group.
2. Prices
- Tent pitch: £15 per day
- Caravan pitch: £25 per day
- Large caravan pitch (twin-axle caravans, motorhomes and larger vans): £35 per day
Prices are per pitch, per day. Sauna sessions are charged separately and we will quote them when we confirm your booking.
3. Payment
We will tell you how to pay when we confirm your booking. A deposit of [deposit amount] is due to secure your pitch, and the balance is due [on arrival / before arrival].
4. Arrival and departure
Arrival is from [time] and departure is by [time]. If you will arrive late, please let us know.
5. Cancellations
- If you cancel [number] days or more before arrival, we will refund what you have paid.
- If you cancel less than [number] days before arrival, [the deposit is not refunded].
- If you leave early, the days you do not use are not refunded.
If we have to cancel your booking, for example because of flooding or severe weather, we will refund everything you have paid.
6. On site
Please follow our site rules. We may ask anyone who puts others at risk, causes damage or seriously disturbs other guests to leave, without a refund.
You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your group. Please take your rubbish home or use the bins provided.
7. Your belongings
Tents, caravans, vehicles and belongings are left at your own risk. We recommend you have suitable insurance.
8. The sauna
Sauna sessions must be booked in advance. Everyone using the sauna must follow the sauna safety guidance. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
9. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you booked.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
